We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous and timely manner
- Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest profiles accurately
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and other guest communications professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments, billing, and cashiering duties according to hotel procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be locally available and able to attend a personal interview
- Previous experience in a hotel front office is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of hotel PMS systems is a plus (Opera)
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
