Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily Arrival Management

Check the daily arrival list to prepare for incoming guests.

Guest Welcome

Warmly welcome customers to the hotel, ensuring a positive first impression.

Information Provision

Respond to customer inquiries regarding hotel services and local attractions.

Special Services Coordination

Arrange and fulfill any special services requested by guests, ensuring their needs are met.

Communication Log Maintenance

Stay updated on hotel developments by reviewing the communication logbook; update it for the next shift.

Collaboration with Staff

Work closely with Bell staff, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Room Service to fulfill guest requests efficiently.

Room Allocation

Allocate rooms to guests and issue appropriate keys.

Registration Accuracy

Verify and update registration cards for accuracy in spelling of names, addresses, and payment methods.

Room Status Awareness

Maintain awareness of current room status and availability at all times.

Credit Establishment

Ensure all guests establish credit upon check-in to streamline the billing process.

Shift Closing Procedures

Complete shift closing procedures accurately, obtaining necessary approval signatures and authorization codes.

Cash Handling Policies

Adhere to hotel policies regarding cash banks and handling.

Service Knowledge

Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel services and facilities to assist guests effectively.

Flexible Scheduling

Be willing to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Professional Appearance

Maintain good grooming standards in accordance with hotel policy.

Language Skills

Preferably be bilingual or multilingual, with proficiency in Turkish and/or French.

Experience Requirement

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred to enhance guest interactions and service quality.

Pay: From AED1,800.00 per month
