The Guest Service Agent (GSA) is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient check-in/check-out, prompt service, and professional communication. The role ensures all guest requests are handled courteously, accurately, and in line with hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage guest reservations, room allocations, and billing transactions.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Promote hotel facilities and up-sell rooms or services where appropriate.
Follow all company policies, safety, and service standards.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
