Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Assist guests with check in and check out.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
Drive Rate & RevPAR through up-selling room brand.
Manage guest reservations, ensuring accuracy.
Effectively communicate room rates, packages, and room availability to guests.
Assist with room assignment and room changes .
Address and resolve guest concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
Report any recurring issues or trends to the Front Office Manager for continuous improvement.
