Join our dynamic team at Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha as a Guest Service Agent. We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to create exceptional experiences for our guests.

Welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and provide personalized attention throughout their stay Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally Process reservations, room assignments, and billing with precision Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local area information Assist with concierge services, including arranging transportation and making reservations Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized, and inviting at all times Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards

Pay: AED1,300.00 per month
