Job Description

Job Summary:
The Russian-Speaking Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Fluent in Russian and English (and/or other required languages), the agent will handle guest inquiries, reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and assist with various requests to enhance the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Relations & Communication:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions in Russian and English.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor at all times.
2. Reservations & Front Desk Operations:
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
  • Verify guest identification, payment methods, and room assignments.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness and special requests.
3. Billing & Administrative Tasks:
  • Process payments, invoices, and folios accurately.
  • Maintain guest records and update the hotel management system.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions securely.
4. Cultural & Language Support:
  • Assist Russian-speaking guests with translations and personalized service.
  • Ensure clear communication between guests and other hotel staff.
5. Safety & Compliance:
  • Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and data protection regulations.
  • Report any suspicious activities or security concerns.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Male (as per client/employer preference)
  • Fluent in Russian & English (written and spoken) - additional languages a plus.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work shift hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
