Female Guest Service Agent
to join our dynamic Front Office team. If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating memorable moments for guests, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests warmly, manage check-in and check-out procedures, issue room keys, and process payments efficiently.
Handle reservation inquiries, create new bookings, and update existing reservations in the system.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, payments, and room assignments.
Serve as a central point of contact by providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Address guest questions, requests, and concerns via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy.
Accommodate special requests such as wake-up calls, transportation arrangements, and room preferences.
Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring complete satisfaction and service recovery.
Collect and relay guest feedback to management to support continuous improvement.
Coordinate with departments such as Housekeeping, Concierge, and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Ensure all billing and payment transactions are handled accurately and with attention to detail.
Upsell hotel facilities and services across all points of sale to help drive revenue.
Consistently strive to exceed guest expectations and uphold the welcoming spirit of Knight Castle Hotel.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 1
years of experience
in a customer service or front office role, preferably within a
4- or 5-star hotel in UAE
.
Certificate or Diploma in
Hospitality Management
is an advantage.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proven experience in
conflict resolution
and handling guest concerns with tact and empathy.
Patient, attentive, and guest-oriented attitude.
Proficiency in
English
(written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.
Familiarity with
WIN-HMS
or other
Property Management Systems (PMS)
will be an advantage.
Additional Information:
Preference will be given to candidates with
UAE experience
.
Candidates

will be prioritized.
