Jannah Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented
Guest Service Agent
to join our Front Office team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering warm, efficient, and professional service to all guests, ensuring a memorable stay from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out procedures
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and hotel information
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
Maintain accurate records, handle payments, and update guest profiles
Uphold high hospitality standards at all times
Must-Have Requirements:
You must be
locally available in the UAE
and able to attend a
face-to-face interview in Abu Dhabi
Minimum
2 years of hotel experience
in a
4- or 5-star property
Able to
join immediately
(or with very short notice)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Experience with Opera or similar PMS
Additional languages (Arabic or others) is a plus

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
