Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Provide accurate information about facilities, services, and local attractions
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests
Handle bookings, and reservations efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Uphold company policies, standards, and procedures at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or front office role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and efficiently
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

9 hours per day (including meal break) as per UAE labor law
