VB Holiday Homes is looking for a Host / Guest Relations Specialist

We are a fast-growing company in the holiday homes sector, and we are looking for a responsible and welcoming specialist who will represent our properties and help maintain a high level of service.

Responsibilities:

The candidate must be fully proficient in managing Booking.com and Airbnb, including updating listings, prices, calendars, photos, and making all necessary changes on both platforms.

Greeting and seeing off guests (check-in / check-out), handling inquiries promptly. Maintaining high ratings on Booking.com and Airbnb. Monitoring the quality of cleaning and ensuring timely maintenance after guest departures. Inspecting property conditions and responding quickly to any issues. Coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams. Communicating with guests via Booking, Airbnb, WhatsApp, and other platforms. Preparing properties before guest arrival (visual inspection, ensuring hospitality standards). Delivering excellent service and upholding the company's brand standards. Keeping simple records (check-ins, check-outs, incidents). Maintaining order, ambiance, and a welcoming environment in all holiday homes.

Requirements:

Mandatory experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, serviced apartments, holiday homes). Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset. Responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of hospitality standards. Confident use of mobile apps and online platforms. English language proficiency (required); additional languages are a plus. Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
