About the Role:
We are seeking a professional Guest Relations Officer to deliver exceptional service and manage the guest experience for our vacation homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Conduct property viewings and showcase apartments to guests. Maintain excellent guest relationships and handle requests. Coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve property issues.
Requirements:
Must own a car and possess a valid UAE Driving License.
Fluent in English (excellent verbal communication is essential). Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.How to Apply:
