Guest Relations Officer

Job Description
We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer to provide high-quality service to our showroom in Downtown, Dubai. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult situations and can go the extra mile to make sure the guests are satisfied. You should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as you'll serve as a primary point of contact for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guest in a friendly and professional way
- Prepare the welcome drinks for the guest - that includes coffee (latte, cappuccino, espresso)
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
- Addressing and escalating customer complaints
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards - by keeping the place clean.
- Answering telephone, direct, screen calls, taking and relaying messages
- Other hospitality and clerical tasks
- Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer or same role
- Pleasing personality
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Computer literacy
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude
- An outgoing personality
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
