About The Job
A Guest Relations Executive (GRE) creates welcoming guest experiences by managing arrivals, handling inquiries/complaints, ensuring satisfaction, and building loyalty, acting as a key liaison between guests and hotel departments, focusing on personalized service, problem-solving, and maintaining high hospitality standards to foster positive impressions and repeat visits.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,250.00 per month
