We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Guest Relationship Sales Staff to be the face of our restaurant in the hotel lobby. Your main responsibility will be to approach hotel guests, introduce them to our restaurant menu, and guide them to Eva's Fusion. This role is heavily performance-based and requires a strong background in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner
Present and explain the Eva's Fusion menu with enthusiasm
Persuade and guide guests to visit the restaurant
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ongoing promotions and signature dishes
Provide feedback on guest preferences and interests to help enhance service offerings
Support a seamless handover to the restaurant team
What We're Looking For:
Proven sales experience in hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing roles
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-driven and confident in converting conversations into visits
Basic understanding of Lebanese and Turkish cuisine is a plus (training will be provided)
Polished appearance and professional attitude
