We are currently seeking a Guest Relations Agent to join our vibrant team. At Radisson Hotel Group, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume - those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. As a Guest Relations Host, you bring an exceptional level of dedication, a commitment to delivering outstanding service, and a genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences to our vibrant Guest Relations Team.

• Our Guest Relations Agent love the hustle and bustle of life! It's not just about check-in and check-out, or serving cocktails in the bar. It's the variety of everything in-between and being an all-rounder
• You will be our guests' superhero ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are anticipated and delivered to the highest level
• You will exude patience, empathy and have the personality to host the show
• As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the guest services department

Qualifications

• Excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience
• Previous experience of using Opera Property Management System is advantageous.
