Position Overview As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that each guest has a positive and enjoyable experience. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Only candidates with experience in Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) of at least 2 years in Dubai should apply.JOB DESCRIPTIONGuest Engagement :
Welcome guests upon their arrival and bid farewell upon their departure, ensuring they always feel valued
Engage with guests throughout their visits, ensuring their needs are met and any concerns addressed promptly
Feedback Management :
Encourage guests to provide feedback on their experiences
Document guest comments, suggestions and complaints
Collaborate with the relevant departments to resolve any guest issues or complaints, ensuring follow-up communication with the guest
Special Requests & Personalised Services :
Handle special requests from guests, such as organising birthday parties, accessibility requirements, or other tailored experiences
Recognize and remember repeat guests, making an effort to provide a personalized experience based on their previous preferences
Bookings and Reservations Assistance :
Support the customer service team by overseeing and managing, complex booking scenarios on high-profile guest reservations
Ensure seamless coordination for group bookings or special events
Safety and Cleanliness Oversight :
Monitor public areas, reporting any cleanliness or safety concerns to the relevant departments
Assist in emergency situations by guiding guests and coordinating with security or emergency services
Promotions and Upgrades :
Info guests about ongoing promotions, upcoming events, or premium services they might be interested in
Recommend up grades or add-on experiences when suitable
Continuous Improvement :
Collaborate with other departments, sharing guest feedback to continuously enhance the entertainment centre\xe2\x80\x99s offerings and services
Participate in training sessions and workshops to constantly improve guest relations skills
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Hospitality, Communication, or related field is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest relations or customer service, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software or similar systems
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism
Flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements :
Ability to stand for extended periods
May be required to walk considerable distances within the entertainment centre
