We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resort Guest Relations Manager to join our client\'s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay at our resort. The Resort Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for managing the guest relations team, ensuring that all guests are greeted warmly and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities: - Manage the guest relations team and ensure that all guests are greeted warmly and their needs are met promptly and efficiently. - Develop and implement guest relations policies and procedures to ensure that guests have an exceptional experience during their stay. - Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Work closely with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met and that the resort is operating smoothly. - Develop and maintain relationships with guests to ensure that they return to the resort in the future. - Monitor guest feedback and make recommendations for improvements to the resort. Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in guest relations management in a resort or hotel setting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership and management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
