Job Overview: As a Guest Relations Agent at PSI, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients and visitors. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive and memorable experience while also providing essential support to our team of real estate professionals. You will play a crucial part in maintaining PSI\'s reputation for exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:Welcoming Guests: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Client Assistance: Assist clients and visitors by answering inquiries, providing information about properties, and directing them to the appropriate agents or resources. Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments and viewings by coordinating with real estate agents and clients to ensure seamless scheduling. Property Presentation: Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and that property marketing materials are readily available for clients to browse. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, agents, and other team members through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Client Database Management: Keep records of client interactions, manage client databases, and update client information as required. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including document management, data entry, and other tasks as needed. Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Friendly and professional demeanour with a strong focus on customer service.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor\'s degree is a plus
Previous experience in a similar guest relations or customer service role is preferred.
