We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Guest Relation Agent (Russian Speaker) to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth operations from check-in to check-out.
Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, serving as their primary point of contact throughout their stay
Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills
Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions in Abu Dhabi
Coordinate special guest requests, including room preferences, special occasions, and amenities
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage) to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and room availability
Record and analyze guest feedback to contribute to improving overall guest satisfaction scores
Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance, going above and beyond to exceed expectations
Promote hotel services, facilities, and upgrades when appropriate, enhancing the guest experience
Ensure compliance with UAE hospitality standards and regulations
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or front office
Fluency in Russian and English; additional language skills are highly valued
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently and remain calm under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
In-depth knowledge of local attractions and cultural norms in Abu Dhabi
Familiarity with UAE hospitality standards and regulations
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the hotel's high standards
