(Kuwait) Looking for Guest Relation Agent for a 5 star luxury hotel.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guest, so as to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival till departure.
- Effectively handle guest complaints by understanding the issues, following up the results and making sure to resolve the issue & reach guest full satisfaction.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attractions and any allied information to respond to guest queries.
- Keep all hotel supporting departments informed of necessary information or requests
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of the hotel's policies, procedures and service standards and have full knowledge of the hotel facilities and happenings.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service work experience with ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Problem Solving abilities & attention to details
- Work proficiency in Reading, Writing & Communication skill in English.
- Preferably candidates who can speak Arabic Language

- Basic Salary: KD 289 per month (approximately USD 942 per month)
