The Role
Our client, a college based in Dubai who specialises in higher education, is looking for Guest Lecturers who are recognized leaders in their industry, who bring professional experience to the classroom, engage and connect students, give a different perspective to the curriculum and insight to the student learning outcome in the department of: . Business Management (Marketing, HR )Hospitality management Essential Duties and Responsibilities: . Design and deliver lectures or workshops as required, providing feedback on performance. . Enhance the relationship of the Industry Professional into the classroom to make a real world connection to the content . Work with the Academic Head to connect to the course content and outcomes . Create and perform engaging activities with the students Benefits: . Opportunity to teach cohorts of 25+ nationality students
Requirements
Required Qualifications: . Masters level or equivalent professional qualification/ equivalent experience gained through professional practice . Some relevant teaching experience preferred . Must develop suitable expertise to deliver lectures in relevant subject area . Highly motivated and must have a passion and inclination to teach students . Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation skills . Native French speakers preferred
