Pura Eco Retreat - Al Ain

We are looking for an experienced Guest Experience Supervisor - Front of the House (F&B, Front Office, Activity/Recreation Hub) to join our hospitality team in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The role is responsible for overseeing the front of the house operations, supervising staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Excellence

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival ensuring a warm and personalized experience.
• Assisting guests in check-in / check-out process creating a good impression of the brand.
• Lead the team in offering individualized support, responding to questions, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Guest Relations

• Establish strong rapport with guest, consider their requirements, and assist them in meeting their expectations.
• Oversees F&B operations by making sure that Pura Eco Retreat\'s eco-friendly attitude is reflected in the dining experience for the guests.
• Assisting guests with transportation arrangements and suggesting about the restaurants, activities, and other services available in the property.
• Working as a point of contact for escalating guest queries and offer prompt, effective solutions.

Health and Safety

• Supervise recreation activities and guide the staff to ensure their knowledge and safety practices.
• Develop and implement health and safety protocols.
• Ensure health and safety measures in food preparation, storage, and service.

Leadership and Staff Training

• Train and mentor, the employee to deliver consistent and exceptional service aligned with the Company.
• Train and guide the F&B staff to improve their abilities, product expertise, and service effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in hospitality management or related field or equivalent field.

Experience:

• Proven experience in guest service, F&B, and recreational roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proficiency in problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Strong leadership skills
• Knowledge of hospitality software and reservation system,
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritized in fast paced environment.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
