Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression
Acknowledge IHG Rewards members and returning guests
Manage bookings, upsell services, and provide stay-enhancement recommendations
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures, issue keys, and manage safety deposit boxes
Respond to guest needs, preferences, messages, and concerns
Assist with billing issues and provide local information when requested
Follow all safety and security procedures and report incidents
Maintain professional grooming and represent the brand with pride
Stay aware of hotel events and activities each day
Support colleagues with additional tasks when needed
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service
Assist with deep cleaning projects, turndown service, or other assigned duties
Ideal Profile
Strong communication and guest relations abilities
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
Proficient with reading, writing, basic math, and computer systems
Experience using Opera or similar PMS preferred
High school diploma required; diploma or degree in hospitality is a plus
At least 2 years of front-desk or guest service experience in a 5-star hotel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
