Guest Experience Manager : Bahrain Location: Bahrain Salary package: pm As the Head of the Department, you will be accountable for all things Guest Service. You will work closely with the General Manager and other Heads of Departments to ensure that the service delivery and ultimate guest experience at this exciting, new Leisure and Entertainment Venue, is the best it can be, whilst upholding the Vision, Mission, Values and brand integrity. What we are looking for in our ideal candidate: * Batchelors Degree preferable * 8+years of professional experience, within a similar leisure Guest Experience driven environment, ideally Hospitality/Leisure * Hands on leadership of a team * Face to face customer contact dealing with difficult customer challenges * Written and spoken English (Arabic speaker an advantage) * Excellent communicator, with exceptional people skills, ability to motivate and inspire and collaborate. * Able to use your initiative effectively and take a proactive approach to any challenges that arise * Strong attention to detail, especially with regards to Health and Safety and standards * A proactive and ambitious mindset, with a desire to muck:in * Ability to be a part of the safeguarding requirements * Computer literate : Microsoft Office/Proficient in Excel/Word /PPT * Excellent organisational and time management skills * Honest/ethical/transparent/Fair * Problem:solver/calm approach under pressure * Approachable/respectful of others * Hard:working/Hands:on/Do it now and can do attitude. * Self:motivated/energetic/Innovative with positive energy * Ethically minded, with recognition of social and environmental responsibilities.
