Pura Eco Retreats is a nature-based escapes with myriad activities, a plethora of experiences and classic gastronomy, takes a glamping to a whole new level. We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Guest Experience Host/Hostess to join our team of hospitality professionals in Fujeirah. This multifaceted position combines responsibilities in Food & Beverage (F&B) service and Front Office operations to provide a seamless and top-notch guest experience. Responsible for delivering exceptional service, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities: Oversee dining experiences, including greeting guests, taking orders, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring exceptional service. Guest check-in and check-out, managing reservations, providing information about the establishment's services, and promptly addressing guest inquiries and requests. Requirements: High school diploma, degree or certification in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous. Prior experience in food and beverage service is essential to excel in F&B responsibilities. Experience in front desk operations, including guest check-ins, reservations management, and knowledge of hotel management software, is beneficial. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to switch between F&B and front office duties seamlessly, especially during busy periods, is vital. Maintaining a neat and professional appearance Familiarity with the menu offerings, wine and beverage selections, and front office procedures specific to the establishment is advantageous.
