This role ensures smooth day-to-day guest interactions by supporting multiple front-of-house services. The Guest Experience Expert moves across different departments to handle guest requests, coordinate information, and ensure a seamless stay while maintaining Sheraton's signature hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist guests across check-in, check-out, and general front-office operations
Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate solutions with relevant departments
Provide local area recommendations, hotel services information, and activity highlights
Prepare reports, update records, and support daily operational tasks
Move between multiple service points to maintain smooth guest flow
Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and security standards throughout shift
Maintain professional communication, uniform standards, and personal grooming
Protect company assets, maintain confidentiality, and follow all policies
Support team members to achieve department targets and service goals
Anticipate guest needs to enhance overall satisfaction
Handle additional tasks assigned by supervisors
Ideal Profile
Previous experience in front office, guest relations, or customer-facing hospitality roles
Strong communication and service-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and work across several departments
Professional appearance and guest-centered approach
Comfortable standing and moving throughout long shifts
