Position Overview
This role ensures smooth and welcoming guest interactions across the hotel by assisting with front-of-house services, responding to guest needs, and supporting daily operations. The Guest Experience Expert helps maintain Sheraton's signature hospitality by creating meaningful connections and ensuring guests feel informed, supported, and valued throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
