Job description Supervision of the correct implementation of the quality plan, carrying out daily checks on compliance with standards and work procedures that involve both staff and customers. -Propose and implement improvements in the quality of services that contribute to improving customer experience-Personalized reception of Accor Live Limitless customers and follow-up of their day. -Planning and organization of daily VIPS with the relevant departments (rooms, maintenance, sheds, reception) -Capture of requests for customer quality evaluation. -Action plans with the services concerned for the follow-up of improvement points. -Team work with the departments-Loyalty of the client in the program ALL points. -R alisation and daily follow-up in the HEARTIST programme (Sparkle moments). -Punctual attention in the reception service. Qualifications-Passion for customer service, initiative, creativity providing new ideas to make our customers' day as m morable as possible. -Positive attitude towards favourable situations and stress management.
