Role Purpose
The Guest Ambassador will play a key role in elevating the dine?in experience across our restaurants. This role is designed to ensure that every guest receives exceptional service from the moment they enter the restaurant until they leave. The GA will act as the primary touchpoint for guest engagement, service quality, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Engagement: Warmly greeting and seating guests while maintaining a constant floor presence to proactively anticipate and meet their needs.
Service & Flow Management: Monitoring table turnover and coordinating between FOH and BOH to ensure timely order-taking, accurate food delivery, and smooth operations during peak hours.
Conflict Resolution: Taking professional ownership of guest complaints to ensure immediate satisfaction and escalating complex issues to the Restaurant Manager when necessary.
Operational Standards: Performing continuous floor walk-throughs to ensure a clean, presentable environment and maintaining strict adherence to brand service standards.
Strategic Feedback: Reporting daily to management on guest trends, service gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
