Control the flow of correspondence for residents, recording the receipt and delivery of parcels in the designated register, and being responsible for delivering the inventory of outstanding parcels during shift handover.
Conduct a round of common areas in compliance with the protocol provided to you, recording the parameters and anomalies you are instructed to observe in the corresponding log.
