S&OP Manager

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and execute the monthly Sales and Operations cycle, ensuring cross-functional alignment and consensus on risks, opportunities, and assumptions. Monitor key metrics to track performance against targets and ensure alignment with financial plans, budgets, and working capital. Facilitate effective communication across internal teams and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and bias reduction. Oversee product launches from a supply chain perspective and maintain a rolling risk register covering supply, demand, regulatory, and operational risks. Leverage analytical tools to enhance decision-making and visibility across the end-to-end supply chain.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or S&OP, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, S4Hana). * Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
