About the Role:

Seero Engineering Consulting is seeking a qualified

GSAS Design & Build Certified Green Professional (GSAS-D&B CGP)

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our projects meet the highest sustainability and environmental performance standards in line with the Global Sustainability Assessment System (GSAS) requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate sustainability initiatives and GSAS certification processes for design and construction projects. Prepare, review, and submit GSAS documentation and reports. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate sustainable design strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Provide technical guidance on green building materials, energy efficiency, and environmental design. Ensure compliance with GSAS Design & Build requirements and other relevant sustainability standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must hold a valid

GSAS-D&B Certified Green Professional (CGP)

certificate. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in sustainability design, green building consultancy, or GSAS-related projects. Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles and building performance optimization. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
