GROWTH MARKETEER BioScope Health is an innovative technology healthcare company. We are the creators of the 3D Anatomy in Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality, building the world's most advanced 3D anatomy platform. Our multichannel cloud-based platform allows students and professionals to investigate the details of the human anatomy in incredible 3D, transforming medical learning and practice across the world. Discover how our XR technology can help you in understanding and explaining the Human Anatomy, interactive and in detail. As a Growth Marketeer you contribute to developing a growth maintaining sustainable relationships with our internal and external stakeholders. You achieve this with innovative initiatives that arise from the marketing and communication plan that you co-develop, implement and evaluate. The catchy content you create based on your content calendar contributes to increasing our visibility towards the market, the attraction towards (potential) customers and the involvement of the team. You use [online] channels for this that you manage yourself. In everything you do, you monitor our identity (values and brand style) and the budget. It is a new role within BioScope in which you have a lot of room to shape marketing and communication within BioScope based on your own vision and ideas, together with your colleagues. Responsibilities:

  • Create content and manage new user acquisition campaigns.
  • Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
  • Manage all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage SEO.
  • Manage and test campaign landing pages with Active Campagne.
  • Analyze data to monitor advertising performance and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from on marketing performance and related topics to the executive level.
  • Additional marketing and operations-related tasks as needed to drive revenue.
  • Skilled in preparing and monitoring planning.
  • Independent, growth-oriented, taking initiative, creative and result-oriented
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Experience can compensate for degree.
  • At least 2 years' experience in digital and growth marketing, SEO, conversion optimization.
  • Experience with Active Campagne, Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
