We are hiring an experienced Planning Engineer to oversee project scheduling, coordination, and reporting within the construction division. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of UAE experience in construction planning and project management, with strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors for timely progress updates.
Develop and track project timelines, progress reports, and resource allocations.
Identify project risks, delays, and propose corrective action plans.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress and performance reports for management.
Assist in project budgeting, manpower planning, and cost tracking.
Support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay justifications.
Maintain coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
Participate in internal and client meetings to discuss progress and forecast updates.
Ensure all planning and reporting comply with company and client requirements.
Desired Profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in construction project planning.
Hands-on experience in project coordination, scheduling, and reporting tools (MS Excel, MS Project, or similar).
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
