We are seeking ambitious, self-driven real estate professionals to join us as

Independent Growth Partners

under our Free Range plan. This role is ideal for agents who already have their own client base, love working autonomously, and want to maximize their earnings with a generous

75% commission structure

while leveraging top-tier business infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own portfolio of buyers, sellers, or investors across Dubai real estate markets Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business Close deals independently while using our platform for operational, legal, and marketing support Coordinate with internal teams for payment assistance, rental support, or back-end services as needed Represent the brand professionally while enjoying full autonomy in your daily operations Keep your CRM updated for smooth operations (private and secure only you have access)

Ideal Candidate:

2+ years of Dubai real estate sales experience Proven track record of independently closing deals Strong personal network and client pipeline Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and disciplined Comfortable working without provided leads Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
