As a Growth Hacking Performance Marketer at Expin FZ LLC, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Shopify-based e-commerce businesses. Your expertise in achieving a 4-6x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) will be critical in optimizing our marketing campaigns across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Growth Strategies:

Design innovative marketing strategies aimed at scaling Shopify businesses and meeting key performance indicators.

Manage Performance Marketing Campaigns:

Oversee and optimize campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, email marketing, and content marketing to achieve 4-6x ROAS.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights. Conduct A/B testing and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and ROI.

Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:

Work closely with the product, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in growth hacking, digital marketing, and the e-commerce industry.

Reporting and Insights:

Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth hacking and performance marketing within an agency or e-commerce environment. Proven track record of achieving 4-6x ROAS in marketing campaigns for Shopify-based businesses.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools. Experience with Shopify and understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs. Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Excel.

Analytical and Creative Thinking:

Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Ability to think creatively to solve complex marketing challenges.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas and results effectively.

Team Player:

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.

Adaptability:

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
