Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a group-wide sustainability communication strategy aligned with Al-Futtaim's sustainability pillars.
• Work closely with Group Communications to establish a distinctive sustainability narrative across internal platforms and social media channels.
• Measure and report sustainability engagement through digital reach, participation, and interaction metrics.
• Embed sustainability principles across the employee lifecycle in collaboration with Group Human Resources.
• Benchmark sustainability-focused employee value proposition initiatives against regional and global best practices.
• Define, track, and report KPIs related to employee engagement, retention, and sustainability impact.
• Coordinate sustainability communities, champions, and cross-division partnerships to ensure consistent internal messaging.
• Organize sustainability-focused masterclasses, industry roundtables, and internal community events.
• Design and deliver sustainability learning, upskilling, and awareness programs across the organization.
• Support employer branding initiatives through sustainability storytelling and recruitment campaigns.
• Lead planning and execution of the annual Al-Futtaim Sustainability and Art event.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Sustainability, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in employee engagement, sustainability programs, internal communications, or employer branding.
• Prior exposure to sustainability initiatives, ESG frameworks, or culture transformation projects.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking engagement, performance metrics, and KPIs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across large, matrixed organizations.
