Our client is a multinational company with operations in a number of industries, including automotive, retail, FMCG, media, hospitality, logistics, healthcare, facilities management, catering, and digital marketplaces.
They are in look for a Social Media and Content Manager to join their Dubai team. Job Purpose
The Social-Media and Content Senior Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the groups social media strategies & plans to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales. Supporting Group Head of Digital Marketing to leverage a full spectrum of the integrated digital marketing channels to grow, lead and engage clients customer base. This assumes taking an active role in shaping and executing an ambitious digital marketing strategy for all business entities & brands on relevant platforms from concept to execution. Summary of Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Program Management:
Supports implementation of an ambitious digital marketing strategy and owns delivery of a yearly monthly phased social media & content plan which leverages digital channels to support driving customer engagement/satisfaction, brand imagery, and ultimately lead generation/revenue. Scope includes but is not limited to:
Websites and Intranet: Oversight of contents of global websites (including corporate site and BUs/brands sites).
Digital marketing programs: Content creations for SEO, SEM, Remarketing, communication screens, email marketing, SMS, lead management, data baseetc.
UX and digital customer journey: Support optimization of customer journey across the companies platforms and digital touchpoints (web, portals, social, micro-sites, etc.) to deliver a seamless user experience
Social Media Marketing Innovation and Internal Skill Building:
Maintains a keen awareness and understanding of the ever-changing social media & content landscape and regularly brings new and innovative ideas to the table. Actively works to elevate the level of internal social-media marketing knowledge and capabilities by developing or sourcing trainings, best practice sharing, and other skill-building resources at Group-level and across Business Unit entities. Supports driving an innovation pipeline of new social-media platforms and social-media marketing techniques to be tested and evaluated.

Insights, Analytics, and ROI Optimization:
Oversees a full reporting, analytics suites & sentiments analysis tools to monitor effectiveness of social media marketing programs, with a focus on engagement, reach, brand building effectiveness, and ROMI (return on marketing investment). Works to optimize the group social-media presence & mix, ensuring that investments are made in the most effective channels. Leads relationships with Business Units, marketers/stakeholders, external agencies, and manages & optimizes the related budget for all digital marketing programs. Tasks
Define the most important social media KPIs per business unit and then implement and oversee each per business unit.
Consult with marketing, sales, and industry professionals to develop social media content plans that are consistent with the companies brand identities and vision.
Provide the direction for social media specialists/agencies and assign roles to better create content calendars that align with the BU\'s vision in a timely manner.
Manage team members, agencies, freelancers & resources, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within the best practices.
Provide direction to all types visual and written content published online.
Ensure content calendars follow the digital marketing strategy of each business and that implementation is going according to plan.
Guide and suggest new, creative, and relevant content on a regular basis.
Initiate content for promotional campaigns, customer engagement campaigns as well as other digital campaigns to attract the various demographic segments in the market for various business purposes.
Work closely with the team and the Departments Head on content ideation and conceptualization.
Expand and enhance the BU\'s website & social media assets communications.
Work with social media specialists and content creators to ensure content is informative and appealing and act as the gatekeeper of content, reviewing all material before sending it over to the departments head and stakeholders.
Coordinate with creative/design team to get timely proper visuals.
Implement schedules and ensure content is creatively produced and timely published.
Writing Google Ads, EDM and inMail copy besides other advertising content.
Work closely with the departments heads on matters and campaigns that improves the BUs image and reputation.
Plan and execute paid campaigns across different social media platforms with the consultation of the head of department.
Ensure that all user-generated content is moderated in line with the moderation policy for each BU.
Keep track of the community reviews and communications and ensure proper crisis management of negative reviews and news when needed.
Measure the success of every social media campaign and report results to stakeholders.
Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics/sentiments, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
Research opportunities for new social platforms and suggest up-to-date processes that fit the audience\'s needs.
Advance the influencer and/or community advocacy efforts to the Departments Head.
Collect customer data and analyse results as well as create monthly comprehensive reports to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
Build a positive reputation for the companys divisions by suggesting activities that make an impact.
Work closely with the internal PR team and external parties to promote press releases and get maximum impact. Requirements
Experience as a Digital Manager -Degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science or a related field, and social media &/or Growth Marketing Certifications are plus
7 to 10 years experience in digital marketing roles, with a significant portion of this experience in a managerial role handling a mix of B2C & B2B businesses, and enough exposure on Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Social Media + Content Creation areas; with strong track record of achievements on these 3 major criteria: demand capture, lead generation, and brand building.
Strong data and analytics competency.
Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hootsuite, Sentiments Analysis, Hearsay Social or other related content and reporting tools &/or managing agency partners utilising those tools.
Proven delivery of successful campaigns across digital channels, i.e., websites, social, and direct channels for both organic and paid activity - from planning stage through delivery and evaluation.
An early adopter of new digital platforms, trends, and reporting tools.
Project and team management skills including goal setting, management of deadlines and budget delivery, team motivation and development.
