Job Summary: The Group Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and brand building strategies to achieve top-line and bottom-line targets. This role involves thorough market research and analysis to inform decision-making, along with managing agency relationships for effective collaboration. Responsibility Area:Target Achievement:
Ensure the achievement of top-line and bottom-line targets by providing marketing planning, support, and execution.
Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, prioritizing product and customer requirements and defining the product vision.
Agency Management:
Optimize the utilization of resources from market research agencies, advertising agencies, and media agencies.
Market Research:
Identify research needs, evaluate market research proposals, and implement necessary actions based on research findings.
Marketing Analysis:
Conduct both primary and secondary sales analysis.
Track competition, consumer behavior, media trends, and profitability.
Development of Marketing and Brand Strategy:
Formulate long-term and short-term strategic objectives.
Prepare incremental plans for marketing and brand building and execute them.
Development of Marketing Mix Elements:
Ensure the development and implementation of marketing mix elements aligned with business and marketing plans.
Elements include Communication Strategy (including advertising), Promotional Plan (Consumer Promo, Trade Promo, Merchandising, and other visibility initiatives), Media Planning, Packaging, Pricing Decisions, and Product Development.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8-9 years of experience in Brand Management.
University Degree and MBA in Marketing (2013 \xe2\x80\x93 2014 Batch).
Proven track record of successful product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
Demonstrated skills in optimizing the utilization of resources from market research agencies, advertising agencies, and media agencies.
Proven track record in guiding cross-functional teams, strategic thinking, and exceeding targets.
