The

Group Operations Manager

plays an important leadership role in shaping the future of

Armeton's global manufacturing

operations. Not only will this person be supporting managing production, this role is about leading people and growing talent. This position is based in

Dubai - JLT.

You will support the Plant Managers across our

international manufacturing sites,

ensuring a culture of

high performance

,

safety

and continuous innovation. A key focus will be on developing leadership capabilities within each site, ensuring every Plant Manager is equipped to lead strong, capable teams that can adapt, innovate, and deliver consistent results.

Job description:

Support the day-to-day operational performance of Armeton's manufacturing plants across

Poland, Slovenia

, the

USA

and

Mexico.

Ensure each site achieves its production, quality, delivery and safety targets in line with group expectations. Act as the primary point of escalation for Plant Managers, resolving operational bottlenecks and supporting problem-solving initiatives.

Support

and coach Plant Managers, providing regular performance feedback and supporting leadership development. Conduct

monthly review

with each Plant Manager. Monitor operational

KPIs

for all plants. Ensure timely, accurate reporting from each site and promote a data-driven work practice of accountability and results. Ensure all plants exceed

local and international health

,

safety

and

environmental

regulations. Drive a safety-first culture by embedding safety practices into daily operations and leadership routines. Ensure all manufacturing sites

adhere

to internal financial controls, policies, and reporting requirements as defined by the Group Finance team. Identify high-potential talent within the team and

support

their

development

through mentoring.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Engineering

(Industrial, Mechanical, or equivalent) - preferred*
Master's in Operations Management or MBA - preferred*
Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent is a plus Minimum

5 years of experience

in manufacturing or industrial operations At least

3 years in a leadership

or regional operations role - experience in managing cross-cultural teams and working internationally Spanish, Polish, Slovenian - or any other European language is nice to have,

English is required
