, each led by a Business Head and at varying stages of growth and maturity. The Group Marketing Manager will serve as a strategic marketing partner to each Business Head, shaping group-wide marketing direction while tailoring execution to each subsidiary's market needs.
The primary focus is to strengthen
brand presence
and deliver consistent
lead generation
outcomes across all six subsidiaries. The role will lead and develop a team of
seven in-house
marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Generation & Demand Growth (Primary Focus)
Own and deliver group level strategy that aligns with revenue and group level targets.
Design and manage end to end marketing funnels, from awareness to conversion and handover to sales.
Drive performance across social media platforms and digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn etc).
Implement and continuously improve
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
initiatives across landing pages and websites.
Partner closely with marketing team to ensure lead quality, lead scoring, and pipeline contribution and ensure everything is clearly measured.
2. Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute an integrated annual marketing plan across the group.
Identify growth opportunities through market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
Translate business goals into clear marketing objectives, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
3. Digital Marketing & CRM
Oversee the groups digital marketing ecosystem including websites, CRM, and analytics platforms.
Ensure effective use of CRM and Marketing automation tools to nurture leads and support the sales pipeline.
Own reporting dashboards and performance reviews, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
4. Brand & Communications
Ensure a brand positioning and performance led approach is being maintained.
Oversee agency and vendor relationships to guarantee efficiency, value and quality leads.
5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor the marketing team across the group, fostering a performance driven culture.
Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders across verticals such as sales, operations, business development.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure spend is aligned to the business impact and potential.
Key Requirements :
Bachelor's or Master's in
Marketing Management or any equivalent field.
8+ years
of extensive experience in
B2B, B2C or multi-brand group environments
Proven experience in
Lead generation and good exposure to CRM platforms (salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
Ability to manage large marketing budgets and scaling lead generation programmes
Strong personality and a data-driven mindset
Excellent stakeholder management, fluency in English and very good communication skills
