Job Description

We are hiring for a dynamic Group Marketing Communications Manager for one of our leading Telecom clients in Bahrain. As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will be working extensively on planning and execution of successful campaigns on our digital channels for GTM initiatives. You play a central role in integrating & aligning internal stakeholders to executing successful campaign and aligning the delivery of the Marketing Calendars and plans for the year. We are looking for someone that is excited and motivated towards their responsibility of increasing brand and solutions' awareness, audience engagement, creative execution and reporting on the effectiveness of various marketing initiatives.

Corporate Brand & Group level Responsibilities: Work closely with the annual development of the marketing plan and budgeting pertaining to elevating the Enterprise positioning of local markets and in some cases regional markets Manage monthly budget expenses that it is tracked and filtered across segments. Involve in strategic planning initiatives such as the development of the overarching brief develop CSR planning, thought-leadership, corporate communication, and position purpose delivery and strategize and execute initiatives to develop the right kind of marketing collateral (print and digital) in tandem with business marketing plans. Develop high-level creative concepts for GTM initiatives while addressing messaging and ensuring the effectiveness of campaign delivers through integrated communications channels. Ensure the reporting of tactical campaigns are comprehensive and assist in the analysis of the campaigns. Supporting Assisting in the planning, organizing and creative development of tactical campaign with the marketing team suggest ideas and engagement strategies. Assisting in the planning, organizing and project management of tactical campaign with the marketing team, suggest ideas and engagement strategies while seamlessly executing on integrated marketing channels. Report outcome to Marketing HOD. Candidate Profile: Ideal candidate will be someone with: Marcom experience for minimum of 10-15 years, especially in the creative concept development and execution projects. Bachelor's degree in marketing communication, business administration, public relations, mass communication or equivalent. Strong understanding Social Media Management and planning experience for 15 years. Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, PPT, Word, Excel). Ability to create compelling content. Dynamic person who can manage external and internal communications for the company, including teams. Good communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English and Arabic preferable. Experience in a corporate setting, preferably in a technology, Telecom Company.
