JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Delivery of the day-to-day operational activities in relation to moving employees on assignment, provide our employees with a high standard tailored Global Mobility service that is efficient, responsive and cost-effective while ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Partnering with HR, Finance and business stakeholder groups to enable ongoing tax and immigration compliance and improve knowledge and understanding in this area.
  • Work closely with global third-party providers to provide the assignee with a seamless experience covering assignment services, tax, immigration, household goods shipment, and destination services.
  • Effectively utilise the Assignment Management System to continue to improve global mobility delivery, reduce costs and improve management information.
  • Assist in resolving complex cases and queries, and act as the first-line decision-maker for any global mobility exceptions.
  • Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World's Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World's Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
  • Relevant experience working within a global mobility function, managing inbound and outbound international assignees across the Middle East, Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific, and overseeing cross-country transfers (international moves), with a strong background in handling assignments to hardship locations.
  • Deep and broad understanding of global mobility compliance, particularly focused on global immigration, tax, social security, mobility compensation and risk management.
  • Broad Rewards understanding.
  • Experience with working with external vendors and managing the delivery of services.
  • Proficient in internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead oneself and agility to adapt to changes.
