Job Description

Job Summary: The Group HR Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR team across multiple business units or locations. This role ensures smooth HR processes, compliance with policies, and efficient employee services, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Administration & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical) in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing HR documents (employment contracts, offer letters, policies, etc.).
  • Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, leaves, and other relevant data.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR policies.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding (background checks, documentation, orientation programs).
  • Act as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
3. Employee Relations & Support:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries (benefits, policies, payroll).
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and events.
  • Support performance management processes (tracking appraisals, feedback cycles).
4. Data Management & Reporting:
  • Update HR databases (e.g., HRIS) with employee changes (promotions, exits, role updates).
  • Generate HR reports (turnover, headcount, recruitment metrics) for management review.
  • Ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
5. Learning & Development:
  • Coordinate training logistics (scheduling, materials, attendance tracking).
  • Assist in identifying employee development needs in collaboration with managers.
6. Benefits & Leave Administration:
  • Support benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
  • Track leaves (sick, vacation, parental) and ensure accurate records.
7. Projects & Process Improvement:
  • Participate in HR projects (policy updates, system implementations, diversity initiatives).
  • Suggest improvements to streamline HR processes.
