DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

To remain up to date with local and international trends in health and leisure services through Internet, magazines, and other applicable media.
To develop and implement personalized exercise programs for clients who request private sessions and for those who would benefit from personal instruction.
To provide one-to-one Personal Training when required (stretrching, conditioning, cardio, stretngth - required. Prenatal, postnatal training - will be an advantage).
To provide Group Training sessions according to the schedule (stretrching, conditioning, cardio, strength).
To ensure that company policies and procedures are followed during group and personal training sessions.

Qualifications

Internationally recognized personal training certification. A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position preferably in a stretching studio or gym.
Well spoken English.
