Group Financial Manager (cfo)

Job Description

The candidate is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. The goal of the position is to protect the Company's revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.

The responsibilities of CFO include:

Shall ensure implementation of any decision reached by the board and/or shareholders of the Employer and shall communicate to and carry out by the such decisions in accordance with and subject to the authority granted to the Employee;

Shall assist the shareholders of the Employer in developing and monitoring the long-term business strategy of the group;

Development the internal documents and policies of the Company, including but not limited to the corporate internal policies, internal regulations of the Company's governing bodies, compliance internal procedures and corporate governance policies and delegation of authorities and supervise their due performance by other employees;

Overall leading of finance team;

Development a financial strategy, metrics tied to the overall group strategy, and the ongoing monitoring and development of control systems designed to report accurate financial results and preserve company assets;

Cooperation with auditors of the Company, development of cooperative and sustainable relationship with tax consultants, accounting and audit providers;

Develop, in collaboration with the board and shareholder(s) and Group Manager an annual business plan and/or Budget for the Employer and/or the Employer's group (as may be required);

Creation and development the effective relationships with banks, financial instructions, investors both in cash management and financing attraction and management;

Elaboration of alternative sources of financing;

Managing the financial actions of a company include tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the companys financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions;

Managing the financial part of transactions, cash flow and liquidity;

To ensure the accuracy of financial statements and full compliance with all laws and regulations that influence the financial statements in all jurisdictions in which the company does business;

Creation an optimal cost control system and key performance indicators;

Maximize the capitalization and profits of the employer and its group.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance or related field

At least 10-15 years of financial management experience

The position entails high-level responsibilities, demanding a candidate with exceptional managerial skills and industry knowledge.
