As Group Exercise Master trainer you will oversee and manage the group classes. You will set the class timetable in coordination with the club manager and upon the reports and the evaluation of each class and the instructors\xe2\x80\x99 performance. You will have managerial duties\xe2\x80\x94such as hiring, training, and supervising group exercise instructors\xe2\x80\x94on top of teaching classes. Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, train and roster the appropriate amount of Group Exercise Instructors.
2. Acquire and maintain a complete understanding of the skills required to perform any Group
Exercise function successfully.
3. Follow up on the latest trends in Group Exercise and bring in what is needed.
4. Perform reporting and administrative functions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
5. Deliver the requisite number of Group Exercise classes on a monthly basis.
6. Deliver the highest standards of Customer Care.
7. Ensure all Human Resources protocols are followed, and the Club is effectively always staffed.
8. Regularly pushes the GX team to upgrade their knowledge, education, and performance.
9. Actively plan, manage and run Fitness Events that will encourage the members to choose
classes.
10. Oversee the maintenance in all studios and report and follow up on any issue.
11. Always comply with the Company Health and Safety Policy.

1. Minimum of 4 year\xe2\x80\x99s previous Group Exercise experience in one of the following: Barry\xe2\x80\x99s,
Orange, 1rebel and SoulCycle.
