Duties & Responsibilities

Lead exercise and instructional sessions and classes, supervise participants

Conducts excellent GX classes, driving the efficiency of class numbers

Provide emergency class/instructor cover when necessary

Conduct induction classes to new members

Ensure to pass quarterly Quality Control Assessment by GX Manager

Inspect equipment and report any safety or maintenance needs

Keep studios area organized and clean

Daily check All studios, equipment and sound system

Work closely with GXM with club events and day to day activities

Actively promote the company through outreach demo presentations

Attend workshops and modules as required by the company

Attend on trainings and meetings requested by the GXM or GM

Maintain a good relationship with members through regular events pertaining to Group Exercise

Respond on members requests to coordinate with the GX manager

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role or extensive experience on group exercise instruction.

Relevant group exercise instructor qualifications.

Excellent communication skills.

Qualified in 2+ Les Mills Programs and / or Freestyle classes

First Aid Certified
