The HR Director is in charge of all missions with regards to People & Culture
She / he is responsible for the good social climate within our emirates cluster (Abu Dhabi and Dubai sites)
She / he manages the payroll
She / he oversees recruitment, onboarding, training plan and benefits.
She/he is also responsible for monitoring the implementation and respect of standards, regulations and procedures in force in her / his business end in the Group.
She/He will also be responsible for setting up organizations and all the tools and processes of her / his profession.

Employee Relations
Accountable for the administration, advice and guidance on all employee life cycle matters .
Assist management and leadership team in resolving employee relation issues, conducting effective investigations; recommending action for sensitive and complex situations; and provide risk mitigation solutions.
Provide labor/employment law support and guidance to management
Collaboration and supervision of PRO activities within the organization
Talent Management
Provide support and guidance to leaders and managers on recruitment and selection.
Work with leaders to ensure performance management is being effectively deployed .
Collate and analyze data and trends to identify high and low performance and take appropriate action.
Create and deliver appropriate training plans and development programs.
To be a leader to successfully create succession plans and career development
Reward | Recognition
Manage the annual bonus and salary reviews.
Support and advise the leaders with benefit and salary benchmarking data, specific to region, to ensure the business remains competitive within its market.
Highlight and advise on equality of pay in relation to protected characteristics to ensure a fair reward and recognition framework.
Reporting | Analytics
Understand, analyze and interpret people data to support business direction/planning and objectives.
Provide relevant HR information/reports on a regular basis.

Profile
Experience in a general HR role
Experience in a similar position of at least 5 years in luxury environment
Experience of the F&B sector in mandatory, Experience in Hotel industry is a huge plus
Organized, rigorous, trustworthy person who knows how to work in a team. Recognized for their diplomacy and organizational skills
Management
The HR Director supervises the HR service both in Abu Dhabi and Dubai
