Job Description

Job Purpose

The Group Content Creator will be a dynamic and versatile storyteller responsible for crafting and managing engaging content across MAG International's social media platforms, websites, and blogs. This role supports all divisions, including media specialists in OOH advertising, digital marketing, and content production, to ensure a cohesive brand voice. The successful candidate will be a fluent English speaker with a flair for creating compelling content tailored to global audiences, particularly in high-growth markets like Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content Creation & Management

Develop and execute social media content strategies for MAG International and its divisions, including platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube. Create high-quality, platform-specific content (e.g., posts, reels, stories, threads) that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and monitor engagement metrics to optimize performance. Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages, fostering community interaction. Collaborate with media specialists to promote campaigns, such as OOH advertising or programmatic DOOH, through targeted social media content.
Website Content Creation & Updates

Write, edit, and publish engaging content for MAG International's corporate website and division-specific microsites, including service pages, case studies, and landing pages. Ensure website content is SEO-optimized, user-friendly, and aligned with brand messaging. Regularly update website content to reflect new campaigns, services, or company milestones. Work with web developers to implement content updates via CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
Blog Content Development

Produce high-quality blog posts that showcase MAG International's expertise in media, advertising, and digital marketing. Research and write thought-leadership pieces, industry trends, and client success stories to drive traffic and establish authority. Optimize blog content for SEO, incorporating relevant keywords (e.g., "dubai outdoor advertising," "programmatic DOOH") to attract high-intent leads. Maintain a consistent blog publishing schedule, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns.
Cross-Division Collaboration

Partner with media specialists across divisions to create content that supports specific campaigns, such as digital billboards, Dubai Metro ads, or programmatic advertising initiatives. Adapt content for diverse audiences, including Asian markets (e.g., China, Singapore, Australia), ensuring cultural relevance and clarity. Support internal communications by creating content for newsletters, presentations, or employee engagement initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyse content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social to measure KPIs (e.g., engagement, click-through rates, conversions). Provide regular reports to the Head of Content Strategy, recommending optimizations based on data insights. Stay updated on social media and content marketing trends to ensure MAG International remains a leader in the media industry.
Skills & Qualifications

Essential

Language: Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in creating error-free, engaging content for global audiences. Experience: 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably in a media, advertising, or creative agency. Social Media Expertise: Proven ability to create and manage content across major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube), with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and trends. Writing Skills: Strong copywriting skills for social media, websites, and blogs, with the ability to adapt tone for professional (B2B) and consumer (B2C) audiences. SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization, to drive organic traffic. Technical Skills: Experience using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Creativity: A keen eye for visual storytelling, with the ability to create or brief visually appealing content (e.g., graphics, videos) in collaboration with designers. Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to multicultural audiences, particularly in the Middle East and Asia, to ensure content resonates globally.
Desirable

Design Skills: Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro for creating or editing visual content. Advertising Knowledge: Familiarity with OOH, DOOH, or programmatic advertising to create content that aligns with MAG International's media specialties. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
